The details on this page represents the goal, activities, deliverables and resources for conducting a groomed backlog as part of a site migration project.

The groomed backlog is step 10 of a 24 step project delivery process Salsa has designed for migrating (or upgrading) sites from a legacy or proprietary CMS to Drupal 9.

1. Develop user stories to deliver upgrade project

2. Assign descriptions, acceptance criteria

3. Determine solution direction per story

4. Workflow to arrive at agreement from product owner

2. Set of stories agreed by Product Owner as ready for development
